Literacy Support at Kenner CVI

This year all grade 10 students and any re-writers will write the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test on Thursday March 30, 2017.  Passing this test meets the literacy objective required to earn a Secondary School Diploma. Not only have students been prepared for this test through materials embedded in their classes, but students have the opportunity to come in at Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch (room 234) to do practice activities.  Students who are unsuccessful on the Literacy Test have the opportunity to either rewrite the test in their grade 11 year, or take the Literacy Course which also fulfils the Literacy Requirement for graduation.
